Ordering & Process

Q: How do I place an order?
All orders are placed through my website. Simply browse the shop, add your favorites to your cart, and check out when you're ready. You'll receive a confirmation email once your payment has processed.

Q: Can I request a custom order or commission?
Yes, I occasionally accept custom work depending on my availability. If you're interested in a special piece, send me an email or use the contact form with a brief description of what you’re envisioning.

Product Information

Q: Are your pieces limited edition?
I work in small batches, and many designs are limited edition. Once something sells out, I may not bring it back in the same way—but you’ll likely see similar themes in future collections.

Q: How do I care for my piece?
Felt wall hangings should be kept out of direct sunlight to preserve color. If dust accumulates, gently shake or use a lint roller on the surface.

Q: Can I send a piece as a gift?
Absolutely! Just enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. If you'd like to include a note to the recipient, please include it with your order instructions.

Shipping & Handling

Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Q: When will my order ship?
I currently ship orders out each week on Monday and Friday. Depending on when you place your order, please expect 3-5 days for processing.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Enter your address at check out to confirm eligibility.

Q: Who is responsible for duty fees and taxes?
If you’re ordering from outside the U.S., your country might charge customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. These charges are your responsibility and aren’t included in the price of the item or shipping. I know it’s a pain, but I can’t control these extra fees (or predict how much they’ll be). I recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure!

Returns & Policies

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final due to the handmade nature of my work and the size of my business (just me, Lexi!) If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed. To request a cancellation, please reply to your confirmation email. Since this is a small, one-person operation, I kindly ask that you order with intention. Please take a moment to double-check the size, details, and description to make sure the piece feels like the right fit for you. I want you to feel great about what you're bringing into your space!

Q: What happens if my package is lost or marked as delivered but didn’t arrive?
Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, any transit delays or issues are unfortunately out of my control. Delays may occur due to weather or seasonal surges. If your tracking number shows the package as delivered, I am not able to issue a refund or replacement.

If your tracking hasn’t updated in over 30 days, please reply to your confirmation email and I’ll do my best to help. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
